Minuet DVD Now for Sale
After many requests to see more than just the first minute of the film, we have decided to make Minuet available for sale. Friends and family of the filmmakers, fans, film enthusiasts, and you, can now own a copy of the film for just $9.99. Since Minuet is an independent short film with a small fan base, we are not expecting to make much profit off of the DVD sales, but rather we hope to increase its distribution. Independent films, and shorts in particular, have a hard time finding audiences. Increasing the number of people who have seen the film can only help it. Green Bay Film Festival
Minuet will be screening on Sunday, March 25th at the Green Bay Film Festival. Minuet will be shown at 1:15 in the Oneida Room (Radisson Hotel and Convention Center – Green Bay, WI) along with several other Wisconsin-made films. This is the second year that the Green Bay Film Festival has been running, and Minuet is proud to be a part of it. If you are interested in attending, tickets range between $5 and $40. A $5 pass will get you into a single showing (Minuet’s is included in the showing “Wisconsin Films #2″), while the $40 pass will get you access to all showings and events on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Wildwood Film Festival
Minuet was recently screened at the Wildwood Film Festival in Appleton, WI. The festival was held on Saturday, March 3rd and provided four screening sessions. Each screening session showcased between 8 and 11 short films. This is the second film festival that has accepted Minuet, which is set to screen at a third festival at the end of this month. The mission of the Wildwood Film Festival is to promote Wisconsin films and filmmakers, and we were proud that they accepted Minuet, which was filmed in Sheboygan, WI.
